Nose to the grindstone...

After a VERY long break it is very nice to get back to the studio. After some early resistance I was able to gain intellectual control of the Q3 graphics for Manhattan Bagel. I created this poster:


as a test. The ideas being that in the finished product there will be maybe a half slice of the new bread, along with some crumbs and perhaps a bread knife or something. I'm sure this will morph as we progress through revision rounds, but overall I am please with my ability to take control of this and be able to produce something that is very atypical for this retail chain, which is usually very headstrong about keeping their signage very conservative. I will be sure to post more revisions as we trudge through the rounds.
